We develop and market INSIKT, the market's most user-friendly and comprehensive business intelligence product. INSIKT supports the entire process from setting goals to planning and follow-up. Today, we employ about 90 people and operate throughout Sweden via our offices in Umeå, Örnsköldsvik, Sundsvall, and Gothenburg. We currently have around 400 customers in all industries and work with companies such as Max Burgers, Atrium Ljungberg, and Dramaten. Together, we help companies and organizations make smarter decisions with the support of our proprietary product INSIKT, which is one of the market's most user-friendly decision support tools.

Your role

As a business consultant with us, you will play a central role in the work of transforming data into business value. You will work closely with our clients, who are often CFOs, IT managers, and other business managers, to understand their needs and translate them into smart BI solutions in INSIKT that support governance, planning, and follow-up. The work is project-based, where you are involved in the entire process, from analysis and design to development and follow-up. The role suits you if you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively and thrive in the intersection of technology and business. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute with your analytical skills while deepening your understanding of how different businesses operate. You will become an advisory partner in how data can create value and efficiency.

Who you are

We believe you have a few years of experience working with data, analysis, or business management, preferably in a project format. Perhaps you have previously worked as a controller, analyst, BI consultant, or developer and now want to take the next step. You have an interest in understanding how numbers and data can be transformed into valuable insights, and you see technology as a tool for creating business value. You enjoy problem-solving, are curious, willing to learn, and appreciate collaborating with others. If you also have experience with BI tools, data modeling, or Microsoft's platform, specifically SQL and Analysis Services, that is an advantage.

To thrive in the role, it is important that you feel comfortable in the meeting between people and technology. You are also business-minded and enjoy having customer contact, have a positive attitude, and an inner drive.
